21CLS is proud to have Dr. Randy Gunter as its chief visionary officer. As an ex-fighter pilot, logging more than 4,000 hours of flying time, and a disabled veteran, Dr. Gunter devoted much of his early career to designing Training programs for the United States Air Force and more than 20 air/army forces in Latin America and Europe. 21CLS continues Dr. Gunter’s commitment to improving our government institutions and citizenry through interactive instructional Multimedia Development, Instructional Writing, and unique Course Development. We work closely with our clients and experts in the field to develop customized products that meet our clients’ specifications, on time and within budget.
