Victoria Rath, M.A. & Ph.D. candidate – Vice President of Course Development

Ms. Rath has over 10 years of experience in online course development and has developed more than 80 online graduate courses in mathematics, computer science, business, public health, and engineering and numerous six–week online professional development courses. Ms. Rath has more than seven years teaching experience in elementary and special education (teaching deaf/hard of hearing children) at the elementary and middle school level. While a classroom teacher, she was named Teacher of the Year by USA Today. Ms. Rath has a Master's degree in Instructional Technology/Educational Technology and is a Ph.D. candidate in Instructional Design.
